Plastic-surgery, vanity or need?

     Plastic-surgery is having more and more clients int he last years, but is plastic-surgery a need for humans or it is only vanity?
     On the one hand, plastic-surgery can make someone more beautiful or it can make you look a few years younger. Moreover you can be in a good shape.
     But, on the other hand, plastic-surgery is not so cheap and, unless you are rich, you cannot afford it even if you need it. Furthermore, all you are doing is putting plastic inside your body and that cannot be so healthful.
     To sum up, I am against plastic-surgery because that cannot be healthful even if it makes you more beautiful, also, you are spending money in something that is nor a need.
